Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Duranglow, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations:
    Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service time.

  • Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
    Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time—or failure to show up for the appointment—will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost.

  • Refunds:
    Payments made for services canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice will be fully refunded or credited toward a future appointment, depending on client preference.

  • How to Cancel:
    Cancellations must be made by contacting us via email/phone/booking portal at least 24 hours before your appointment time.
